Last year I made a gift idea list for infants and toddlers. This year I decided to separate and extend the list, so that infants, toddlers, and preschoolers each get their own list!

If you’re wondering what to get for your child, a friend, niece/nephew, or grandchild, then I hope this helps you. Each list is a mix of items we own and what’s on our wishlist (or wish we had at that age).

Enjoy!

*This giveaway is now closed.*

12 Days of Montessori Christmas doesn’t officially start until Monday, but while thousands of Americans are rushing malls in the wee hours of the morning to start their Christmas shopping, let’s start the season with a quiet little giveaway. 🙂

One Our Montessori Home reader will get a wooden stacking train from Melissa & Doug!

I first fell in love with Melissa & Doug toys teaching preschool. I appreciate their overall simplicity, construction, and longevity. Now our family loves Melissa & Doug toys. The majority of toys in our home are Melissa & Doug.

What’s great about this stacking train is that it appeals to the older infant as well as toddlers and younger preschoolers. This is one toy that both Joey (3 yrs) and Otto (10 mo) can play with and enjoy.

How to Enter:

  • Mandatory Entry: Go visit Melissa & Doug, come back and leave a comment sharing what toy you’d love to see in your home.
  • For extra entries…

Remember to leave a comment for each entry!

Giveaway closes Thursday, December 1st 11:59pm.

A winner will be drawn by Random.org on Friday, December 2nd.

I’m exited to announce that starting Monday, November 28th I’ll be hosting…

It’ll be two weeks packed with Christmas themed activities for infant/toddlers and preschoolers, giveaways, and a weekly Christmas project link-up!

It’ll be a blast and I hope you join me.

What you can expect:

But that’s not all…

Last year I shared a Christmas gift idea list for infants and toddlers. This year I’ve expanded it and everyone will get their own list: infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and the homeschool mama’s—you can’t forget yourself! These should, hopefully, be up by the weekend.

It’ll be an educationally, inspiring way to start the Christmas season. 🙂

This week we’ll be a little quiet while we take our Thanksgiving break traveling to visit family. I’m planning a few fun Thanksgiving projects, like the classic pilgrim hats and Indian headdresses. Last year we made Pinecone Turkeys.

But other than that we’ll be enjoying our break and I hope you do the same! 🙂

Happy Thanksgiving!
